Swollen face
I've been a regular gym goer for more than 6 years now usually workout in the evening 7-8pm but for past 3 months I've hardly slept for 8 hours or end up sleeping by 1pm and up by 8am though I go to bed by 11 pm and roll on a bed till I get sleep. I'm an IT engineer working from home and gym is my addiction so workout 7 times a week by evening, so building my body naturally not replying on any supplements but rather i eat a lot of sprouts with chickpeas green gram ,peanuts handful,10 almonds soaked in water overnight have it post workout but what have I been observing is my body though is lean my face is getting fat or swollen for that I'm doing facial exercises too for a month now but no effect perhaps it's getting worse with more facial fat My salt intake is less to zero. please suggest me what is causing the puffy face is it the almonds or peanuts I'm already on a medications for sleeping

Your medications may be causing the puffiness.
Next Steps
try exrecising in the morning/afternoon as sometimes exercising in the evening can lead to sleeplessness.many lifestyle modificatiins for sleep should be tried before solely depending on medication.
