I can feel a hard swelling on the floor of mouth on the right side. No pain just feel a small lump kind of thing. When i press it, it is not that hard. is this a normal gland or something serious?
Please tell me it is not a tumor i am really scared !!

As per your description it might be due to mucous retention cyst.. submandibular salivary gland duct stone should be also ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
