Swelling under arm and pain on bone

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I hv mild swelling under arm which is painless. Other arm pit i hv no swelling but bone under arm is paining whenever i touch What could be cause? And remedies? I have vitamin d deficiency. Last checked was in the month of june. With vitamin d reading as 10. Pls guide on this.
