Swelling, redness on leg

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have started playing football after very long period of time, today is my third day and I can see 2-3 areas on my legs with swelling, redness, pain on pressing and lots of itching. Kindly find the attached photo. Today it's very late to visit a doctor, please let me know what should I do about it.

it looks like small areas of superficial haemorrhage..or it might be allergic reaction to something..better to show some skin specialist nearby...if it is haemorrhagic spots it will go by its own..but it's an allergic reactions then you have to take medicines accordingly..
