Swelling on the eye lids
Due to a pimple in the eye, I am having pain and swelling on my eye lid . please suggest a remedy.

It may be stye because it is very painful condition .
Styes are infection of Moll & zeis gland present in every body eye lids ,basically infected by staphylococci.styes are very painful swelling near the root of eye lashes, you need oral antibiotics&anti inflammatory tablet as well as antibiotic ointment to apply locally.Hot fomentation helps to some extent in styes.

Hello, It looks infectious. Start hot fomentation. Antibiotic eye drops. Wait for a day or two if it resolves. Or else consult an Ophthalmologist.

Your symptoms are suggestive of lid infection Try
A warm compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
