Swelling on naval
I found my father having swelling near his naval .......I searched about this online. ...and found it resembling hernia .....is it a serious issue????...... do this swelling has anything related to stomach cancer......please say no.....pls tell me its precautions , after effects , how to cure it..... help if you could......I will be highly obliged.

Hernia means protrusion of intestines etc through ABDOMINAL wall muscles. It is not related to cancer. But for confirming the DIAGNOSIS, EXAMINATION is essential.
