Seems more like an infected tooth or infection of the gums spreading into spaces surrounding your tooth and into the lymph nodes. The infection can be controlled using appropriate antibiotics. I suggest you to consult a dentist to assess the situation and prescribe antibiotics. Once the infection is control pus drainage can be done in clinical possible way.
