I got sudden swelling on face mostly on cheeks and eyes and pain behind the eyes and eyebrows area, no cold nothing just woke up with these symptoms and next day it gets less also i have sometime cervical pain issue ,then wentto doc he said its allergy and gave me multivitamin and bilastine & montelukast 20+10 mg but i see not difference face swelling is less but stress in eyes dark circles heat sensation in eyes and mild pain some time between eyes , light sensative heavy head what os the real cause of this in just one night all this happened what should i do which doc should i see , my face glow has gone eyes like dull and tired black , is it allergy then how much te it will take to resolve or any other medication which can help cuz i dont think this is working

In addition to your face, see if other parts ofbody, especially feet and legs have this swelling or not. If there is no itching and no relief in swelling despite Monteleuast Cetirizine administration, it may not be allergic at all. Get your Kidney Function Test done in an accredited lab like Urea, Creatinine, Urine Albumin etc Come back with results.
