Swelling in the area below collarbone
I feel the area below collarbone and above breast on my right side is swollen as compared to the left side.. Iam also suffering from neck pain, shoulder and arm pain on the right side from last few days. kindly help. what may be the reason of the swelling ? is it normal for one side to be heavier than the other ?

The swelling could be enlarged subclavicular lymph nodes or a swelling in the top ribs. It is better if you get physically examined by a qualified physician or surgeon. An X Ray chest AP view may be advised to look for bony involvement, if any. You may discuss again after you have information about these things.

hi You have not mentioned exact location of visible swelling blow your collarbone Pain in your neck and shoulder radiating to hand is,most likely due to cervicalgia - irritation of nerve root.If this pain is severe it could give rise to selling around the area you have described

for minimal pain you could use painkillers and warm bag compression
