  4. Swelling on chest/collarbone. Why?

Swelling on chest/collarbone
Yesterday early hours of the morning realise my collar bone was hurting. It's slightly bruised. Redness and swollen. Painful to touch or to lean forward. Was having intercourse and was strangled quite roughly not sure if that's why

Possibility of act of strangulation during intercourse has been tight enough to produce soft tissue injury . Be careful .
