Doctor, I have attached my X-ray. Can this problem be treated? I am also experiencing numbness in my legs and lower back pain.

For your age it is mostly due to repeated stress to spine like bending down and working, lifting lot of weight or prolonged sitting without proper back support. I would advice you to avoid all this, get physiotherapy ( IFT, Spine strengthening exercise) and most importantly rest. Since you have numbness it is best you try bed rest for 2-3 weeks may be upto 6 weeks depending upon improvement of symptoms. Your problem will mostly resolve by then.
