Swelling of left scrotum
My son is 5years old. Suddenly we noticed that left side of his scrotum has swollen.we noticed it before 5days.He has a history of impalpable undescended testis at right side.It has been successfully operated at the age of 11months.But suddenly we noticed the swollen at left side of his scrotum. It looks like an egg and a little hard or tighten but it has no pain. There is no abnormality to paas urine. Now I am confused what should I do?Is it possible to care with madicine? Is there any possibility of curing without surgery?plese advice...thanks.
