My 3 months old son crying suddenly
Hi my 3 months old baby is crying suddenly on sleeping,or when we put him on bed ,seems like he is crying with pain , previously doctor suggested when baby cries for no reason give gastica drops ,can we give him gastica drops or any suggestion please

Baby crying can be :
gas,
hungry,
nose block,
wet due to potty or urine,
burping not done,
or can be because of playing time.
