Fever with Rash 5years old
My Son has fever from last 3 days , fever got reduced last night to 95 and now again raised to 102.5
In parallel he got mild rash in some places of his body see attached
Currently on medication based on doc advice with physical visit
Azitrhal 200 5ml one time
Cetzine+ Ambrox syrup 5ml one time
Frisium 5mg ( as he sometimes get febrile seizure)
Dolo on SOS
Cold sponging we are doing when temp is raising
What is the reason for rashes.

Rashes May be because of viral fever .....now 3 days get CBC and CRP blood investigation done
