These are appearing as ulcers. Wait for a week or two for proper healing. You can apply dologel over it two to three times a day for five days. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, try to eat soft and cold food, avoid eating spicy food. Hiee..ya it's an ulcer. Don't worry ..it will heal slowly..just do warm saline rinses daily and apply orajel over it...
