Swelling in index finger of right hand Gor hurt a week ago while gardening no blood it's just swelling and pain Pls suggest No fracture I have done an. Xray

If there is no fracture, them this should be a DIP capsular sprain. Do buddy strapping of 2 and 3 digital. Give rest to injured joint for 2-3 weeks. Apply Ice and take tab enzomac forte twice daily and tendocare forte once daily for 2 weeks.
