Swelling in gingival
After viral fever I have swelling in gingivals in my Complete mouth. I'm not able to eat anything so that's why I'm only taking liquids things like milk, juice etc. it's 5 days ago but still it's paining and paining alot... please tell me what will I do I have chale also in my mouth.

Kindly apply kenacort gel for 5 days thrice a day..use betadine gargle thrice a day. .For one week. . Apply orasore mouth topical gel for topical pain relief. . Use vit B 12 for regeneration of oral mucosa. .

Ulcers or swelling following viral infection is a common occurrence. It would ttake 10 days or so to heal completely. Applying a anesthetic gel (mucopain) 15 min before having food would give little comfort to have solid foods. Drink lots of fluids. If fever is still persisting please visit a doctor, an antiviral tablet may be prescribed if needed and necessary tests can be done.

Hi
You should start a course of Vitamin B and C for 15 days and start applying a mouth ulcer gel over ulcers.
Also start warm salt water rinses
It take 2-3 weeks to settle completely

Hello,
You need to visit a dentist to get the gums checked.If the swelling is only due to the viral factor,then you have nothing to worry about.Use Dologel-CT 5-6 times a day over the gums for a week and use a good antibacterial mouthwash.It may take sometime to regress.Regards,Dr Suman Makam,Dental Arts,Jayanagar.

Take rebagen once daily, apply kenacort gel on ulcers, use mouthwash twice daily undiluted for 10 days. Apply mucopain or dentogel on ulcers before meals. It will take 7-10 days to heal
