Gum swelling on 48 associated with that i have vesicles on my base of the tongue 2 in no, 2mm approx n on tonsillar area about 4-5mm n 2 in no, even having abscess on pharyngeal wall ...even i have cheek bite on the same side.... A day i hv so much pain I took augmentin 625mg but I didn't continue the drug.....
I hv get my RCT done in 36 tooth 3 month ago which is not completed yet, he has done gutta percha but I hv pain in that tooth so severe so he removed it n place ca(oh)2 so after that due to lockdown I was unable to continue .... 36tooth is diagnosed with periapical abscess.
48 is leading a severe pain to me and headache as well. So,kindly tell me what should I do?

Ur tooth seems infected
For now take medications
Tab Augmentin 625mg BD
Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS
Tab Diclomol BD
Tab Pan 40 OD
Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of severe pain)
Take these for 5 days
Cap Becosule OD for 15days
Use betadine mouthwash 3-4 times a day
Ur wisdom tooth requires removal
RCT for 36 can be redone
Lesion on the tonsilar area might be because of vitamin deficiency
Next Steps
Visit ur dentist for further treatment as radiograph will give the better view about the tooth condition

Maintain oral hygiene (brush twice)
Rinse ur mouth everytime u eat
Use of betadine mouthwash will be helpful(keep the offending tooth area clean)

T. augmentin duo 625, 3 times/day.after food 15 tablets.
T.metrogyl 400, 3 times/day.after food 15 tablets.
T.ultracet/zerodol PT, maximum 3 tablets a day, if pain,after food
T. Roles D,once a day, before food,for 5 days
T.A to z gold, once a day, after food,10 tablets.
If difficulty in opening mouth or chewing or swallowing, these are usually associated with tooth infection.
If feverish, that can be as a secondary infection from tooth.

get the tooth extracted immediately.
Health Tips
do not do hot compression /balm/ointment application extra-orally.
avoid very hot/cold/hard/sweet/sticky food
soft diet
do not neglect brushing after meal.
hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water in for sometime; you can do it for few times a day, if it's relieving your pain, even partially.
