for your problem you should consult a periodontist. its better to see the case clinically for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Get a deep scaling and polishing done. You can go for flap surgeries.
Best evaluated and performed by a periodontist or a dentist who can do with good flap and grafting procedures. So before planning an area of an isolated or localised gingival recession, from your perspective it would be esthetics and from dentist point of view it would be to address functional aspect.
