Swelling and redness near the ankle joint might be because of many conditions ranging from arthritis to infection and other more serious conditons. Uric acid is normal. so that rules out gout. but the other conditions and proper examination of the patient to be done to come to a final diagnosis. analgesics and ice pack can reduce your pain temporarily but see a doctor as soon as possible.
