Swelling in foot and mascular pain.
Hi,
From past few years lot of swelling remain in my foot. My family doctor says it's due to long walking distance or sitting for long hours with no base support to legs.
Please help.

The swelling come due to prolong immobilisation.
Or if there is pain pls visit orthopedic doctor or physiotherapist
