First continue notice swelling for consecutive 3 days. If you still facing swelling in the morning.
Then you need to consult with physician because such type of swelling indicate underlying pathology.probally such type type of swelling happen due to kidney disorder, thyroid disorder or you need to go for random blood suger also.

If there is swelling over face in the morning, I would suggest you to check your blood pressure for 3 consecutive days.
Check your blood sugar levels - Random and Post prandial including HbA1c.
Also get your TFT done.
If you are already hypertensive and having anti-hypertensive drugs, the swelling could be because of those medicines.
This could also be due to some allergic reaction, which will subside within couple of days.
Due to lack of information, it is unable to state the exact cause of the facial edema.
What are other symptoms that u r having. Does swelling reduces during course of day. Is there any problem in urine. Have u started some new medicine. It can be because of
