Swelling in ankle
For past 4 days I'm having swelling and pain in both of my ankles and when I wake in the morning it's difficult to walk and often it's accompanied with pain in other joints.
Can you diagnose?
I'm also attaching the photo.

Hello.
Kindly ice it asap and as often as in the day to reduce the swelling.
Wear an ankle support made of soft elastic material to give it support and prevent further damage.
And see a McKenzie certified physiotherapist.
