Swelling behing neck
Swelling behind neck, with pain and tightness. Swelling and pain going down with taking retense (twice daily) and Nexito 5mg. Swelling increasing with physical stress. Cervical xray says the below: Straightening of cervical spine. Few marginal osteophytes noted. Minimal reduction in the disc space height at C4-C5 and C5-C6. Suggestions please.
