For the past couple years I've had extreme swelling in my legs and feet and I can't seem to find a Dr that can give me answers. A few months ago I noticed my left big toe nail is completely BLACK.

- swelling of legs started during pregnancy,,?
- diabetic,,?
- hypertenssive,,?
- any other associated complaints
All d above points needs to be looked at
As you said the left toe nail has turned black in colour might be secondary to trauma, or ill fitting shoes or any other reasons
