It may be because of varicocele or hydrocele do sonography of scrotum to know d exact the reason till then you can take mild pain Killers and wear tight underwear or supporters Www KayakalpInternational.com

I strongly recommend physical examination by a Urologist ... We need to rule out infection In Testis and treat it in a timely manner.
