Sweet taste missing
I have been missing the taste of sweetness from last 3 months. I tried eating all the things are sweet like gulab jamun, rasgulla, laddu, jalebi, honey even sugar tastes like some kind of chemical crystals. Please suggest which doctor should I consult and what must b done.

abnormality in sense of taste is usually due to lesions of taste buds of tongue. or else it may be due to nerves which transmit the sensation of taste to brain.
causes may be many starting from nutritional disorders to brain ailments ..consult nearby ENT specialist for further evaluation
