Hi
There are many reasons for your excessive sweating, it's not that anxiety is making you sweat excessively, excessive sweating is making you anxious, so plz try to find out reason for your excessive sweating.
Next Steps
check your weight, if you are obese try to reduce weight by judicial exercise, check your thyroid status, sugar levels, if something comes out you can take treatment accordingly & your anxiety will come down.
Health Tips
for time being you can postpone your visit to psychiatrist, get all those tests done by consulting physician or dermatologist.
thank you.
The best thing for you to do is visit a doctor personally. Get yourself examined once physically and get a few tests done if the doctor suggests. If he also feels it's anxiety then feel free to seek help from any mental health professional or a psychiatrist.
