Anxiety related facial hyperhidrosis

Few weeks ago I take opinion from psychiatrist online as I have anxiety related facial hyperhidrosis ( excessive face sweating when anxious/nervous) in daily life , he prescribed nexito 10 mg at night which I take from one month but no response and improvement then after 1 month I take opinion from psychiatrist and he told me to stop nexito and start amitriptyline 25 mg .so is it ryt medicine for anxiety related facial hyperhidrosis which affects on my daily life ...plz help me Past history - asthma and g6pd deficiency by birth
