After light exercise and jogging i feel to much sweat and weakness what to do is it due dehydration feel dry mouth and weather is 34 outside and humidity 72 what to drink and what to eat.

Hi Your body is getting dehydrated and you also need to correct your current diet to improve energy As light exercise does not cause excess sweating Need to include good quality proteins Hydrate yourself by liquid such as kokum Juice , lemon juice , buttermilk and many more but detail diet will help you out better Eat before workout like 1 small fruit apple or banana

You maybe severely dehydrated or have other issues like low stamina, less protein intake, poor energy Levels or vitamin deficiency. Drink 2-3 litres of water daily, have nuts and black coffee before your workout, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables and DO NOT skip meals.
