Surrogacy and ivf
My didi is 39 years. On 2019 she had a severe myomectomy lapro of 7 hours extracting 21 fibroids weight about a 34 weeks embryo. She had panic disorder but now she has panic attacks triggered by situations. She is not having normal pregnancy bcz of stress & panic she had chemical pregnancy miscarriage twice. Married for 11 years almost. Can we apply for surrogacy on court? Is it legal in india? Or should they apply for adoption only?
