Sir my father need bipolar hip modulation and i am consulting a doctor who advised us the same ,he is very senior orthopedic doctor and surgeon too but he doesn't have any fancy covering for his work and many marketing gimmick

Yeah, pre operative evaluation is must before surgery and it will be done for sure at any institute prior to surgery so need not to worry much.
Next Steps
get him admitted under orthopaedic surgeon, following which he will be evaluated for the surgery.

D ortho doctor can perform all the surgeries that ms ortho guy can do…. He is not inferior to ms…. He has gained skill by working for 30 years
