Sir my father is active and age is 70 yrs old but due to imbalance in bathroom he got injured and his femar neck is fractured ,he is Copd patient and smoker from 50 yrs Pls advise what is best implant for him bipolar hip or unipolar or what? Xray image is attached for you kind reference
