I go to gym and follow a decent diet but but was wondering if there's anything like some medicine or supplements that would help with the pace of weight loss

When you join Gym and have a diet plan you may not start losing weight straight away. In the initial stages your muscles will get toned up and give you a sense of well-being but your weight will remain constant. After some time you will start losing weight.
In addition to Gym if you can make a plan to walk about 8000-10000 steps per day it will be additional help. You will burn more calories by walking than by doing weights.
