I am a 24 year old female. I am experiencing severe hair thinning due to thyroid, gut issues and pcod. I already took my blood tests and started taking Vit D, Anofer(iron) and Neurobione ( B complex). Should I also start taking other supplements like Magnesium Glycinate, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Collagen peptides, Vit C, Vit E and Omega 3 to boost hair regrowth??

Resolve the thyroid issues.. do excercise, no junks, no fried food, proper treatment of pcod. Hair fall is because of hormonal disbalance..

Good evening, Ur Thyroid and PCOD causes hair thinning, The supplements u mentioned help in hair root and hair follicle strengthening, The iron and Vitamin D gives nutrition to that follicle, so for better hair growth it is good that u take L carnitine, Magnesium glycinate, collagen peptides along with iron

Hi, You need to keep taking the current medicines for the underlying problem. Let your serum Ferritin , thyroid hormone levels come to normal and your hair can regain thickness. All of the supplements mentioned may not necessarily help.

You've added everything except the most vital thing, that is protein. Add eggs in your diet or go for whey protein and you'll see change in a few months. No need to fill your body with many chemicals if just a simple egg can help you.
