Supplement for hair loss/hair thinning
I am currently experiencing hair fall due to pcos. I do take supplements prescribed by my dermatologist. Some of my friends suggested taking ashwagandha, amla, bringraj as both food and through oil. Please suggest any supplement (cost effective) that has all these ingredients. Would be of great help. Thank you.

Stress and lifestyle are also main factor for hair fall. You have to correct your pcos .Also take supplements. Scalp massage with oil. Avoid excessive shampoo use Before going to sleep do hair massage. For further evaluation and treatment you can consult me on practo.
