I'm planning to build by body.. A descent body.. Less bulky...I planned to take supplements.. So I'm in confusion that I should go for which supplement...? Whether I should go for whey protein isolates powder or muscle building milkshake powder...? Any nutritionist or dietician help me here... :) ✌ peace
