I'm planning to build by body.. A descent body.. Less bulky...I planned to take supplements.. So I'm in confusion that I should go for which supplement...? Whether I should go for whey protein isolates powder or muscle building milkshake powder...? Any nutritionist or dietician help me here... :)

Either of the 2 are not advisable.They contain certain quantity of steroids which will have side effects in the long run. Instead take a plant based protein,multivit and omega 3.Eat protein rich diet before gym and complex carbs after.Consult in person for a personalized diet chart
