Asked for Male, 25 Years

Please suggest sunscreen and what should be the spf for oil skin . I will be out in morning time around 9 to 10 or 8 to 9 in Sun for getting vitamin d but In winter I will be Out in mid day . I apply moisturiser on daily basis so please suggest
