Hello,
You can reverse under eye pigmentation but sunken eyes is something Lil difficult to treat. Your pictures are most probably taken in lying down position so I can't get an aesthetic idea about your sunken eyes so pictures with proper upright position is required.
Under eye serum can help along with peels and laser.
Nutritional deficiencies and lack of sleep are aggravating factors for the same
