Sunburn and tanning
4-5 days back i went outside and both the hands turned completely red I kept applying moisturizer but now the skin has started coming out !!! (I have attached the pic)
What should i do ??
Even my skin got tanned !!!

This looks like sunburn with skin peeling (post sun exposure). Redness followed by peeling is a common healing response. It is not dangerous, but the skin barrier is currently damaged and needs soothing care.
