This looks like sunburn with skin peeling (post sun exposure). Redness followed by peeling is a common healing response. It is not dangerous, but the skin barrier is currently damaged and needs soothing care. Next Steps • Apply a thick moisturizer (with ceramides / petroleum jelly base) 3–4 times daily • Use a soothing cream like calamine or aloe vera gel for relief • If redness/itching is significant, a mild steroid cream for 3–5 days can help • Avoid sun exposure; use sunscreen SPF 50 on hands when going out Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • Do not peel or scratch the skin—let it shed naturally • Avoid harsh soaps, scrubs, or home remedies • Keep hands well hydrated • Peeling will settle in 5–7 days, tanning will gradually reduce You can consult with me online for detailed evaluation and treatment
