Sun rashes near wrist area

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I got sun rashes on both hand Near wrist area It's very itchy and red also little it's Confined till half arm only I got this for very first time I have taken Levocitrizine tablet also but it's not affected too I don't have any medical history and not on any medication till yet
