Hi I need detailed case history. So please take consultation for personalized diet plan. Meanwhile stop taking spicy food, fried foods and processed foods,. Take small frequent easy to digest foods like daliya, khichdi, oats, washed pulses, well cooked foods. Avoid raw foods for time being. See if you are lactose intolerant, then don't take milk but have curds, butter milk, fermented foods. Keep your self hydrated, take coconut water.
Next Steps
Take personal consultation through Practo.
