Suggestions on how to recover from ocd
I have ocd for almost 7 years...Its a clear form of obsession...Doubt and fear anxiety..I m trying to recover from it..but what can i do to completely recover from it...And what kind of therapy will work the best for it...? And also...which is the best place for treating ocd in india...

I understand your situation. However more clarity is needed regarding your problem to decide on the severity of your condition. It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Hello OCD can be treated. Best way is concurrent psychotherapy and medicines. CBT is generally used. Consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment. Any nearby psychiatrist can be consulted.
