My daughter is 25 years old. She has Lean PCOD. Can she eat one plate of white rice with rajma or daal or chickpea or pulao twice a week? She is allergic to brown rice. She loves rice. She doesn't have any weight issue or she doesn't put on weight more easily. Her weight is constant from many years.
