Sugar test numbers
I took HBA1C, fasting sugar and post blood sugar. The following are the numbers: Post blood sugar :112 Fasting : 109 HBA1C : 6.5 Mean blood glucose: 139 Do I need to worry about these levels. HBA1C is higher as I see in the internet.

Yes. You should try to get your HbA1c level to 4.7 . You should go for a half hour walk in the morning and evening. You should get your weight to normal level as per your height. No added sugar to tea or coffee or milk. Avoid sweets as far as possible. Get HbA1c level after one month.

HBA1C  6.5 makes diagnosis of Borderline Diabetes. Reduce carbohydrates, sugar indiet. Walking for 30 minutes a day. Repeat after 3months.
