Sugar test
I gone for sugar test 2 hrs post food but in between my lunch and blood test I also took chocolate mistakenly.can it cause my sugar reading wrong.

It depends on type of chocolate whether it is milk chocolate or dark chocolate because of the difference in glycemic index.More over sugar is slow to be absorbed in chocolate due to it's high fat content.most probably no big difference in testing
