Sugar substitutes for Diabetic Patient

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have been using Sugar free gold as an alternative to table sugar since a few years. But I want to switch to any other stevia based sugar substitute now. Please suggest any sugar substitute which is safe for diabetic patient and which does not results into weight loss much. Thanks.
