**Dear Patient,** The issue you're experiencing with your glucose strips not sensing blood from your right hand while working fine with your left hand could be due to several possible reasons: 1. Technical factors:    - Strip quality/expiry issues    - Meter calibration problems    - Application technique differences between hands 2. Physiological factors:    - Localized poor circulation in right hand    - Differences in skin thickness/calluses    - Temperature variations between hands 3. Medical considerations:    - Possible vascular insufficiency    - Nerve-related issues affecting blood flow I recommend: 1. Trying a different finger on your right hand 2. Warming your right hand before testing 3. Checking strip expiration dates 4. Comparing with a lab test for accuracy However, persistent asymmetry in blood detection warrants proper evaluation. Please bring your glucose meter for verification during consultation. For a thorough assessment, you may contact me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** to schedule an appointment.

It is very unlikely to happen. Rare case scenario it is possible if you have some vascular problem in right hand side.
Next Steps
Please change your glucometer and see for results.
