Hba1c results 10.5 Sugarclevel is always high diet under well control walking is not possible daily. How to bring down the sugar level...simple techniques ???m??mm

HbA1C of 10.5 is very high. For young diabetics the target is 6.5. You urgently need to modify your medicines to bring down the sugars to normal levels. Kindly share all details of medicines and fasting PP reports
