Myself prem from Hyderabad.
Actually my mother having sugar and Bp problem for the past 10yrs. She's taking medicine regularly. Past 2 weeks she's taking insulin also. But the sugar level not in control it's always showing 313, 270 sometimes 400 above plz suggest me some meditation and good doctor also
